eASLRB errata information

We released to Wargame Vault updated Electronic ASLRB and Electronic HASLRB to include the latest errata contained in the Debriefing in Journal 16 and to clean up some small items in both.

Thanks to Nick Richardson, Ray Winninger, and Klas Malmstrom for their tireless efforts to accomplish this.

Purchasers of either of the Electronic Rule Books will receive access to those updated files automatically.
