WBC 1st ASL WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP
WHERE: World Boardgaming Championships at Seven Springs Resort
WHEN: July 30th-August 3rd
HOW: 32+ players seeded in an NCAA type single elimination tournament
PRIZES: From MMP products for life all the to 1 hour "Lessons" from some of the worlds best players.
ASL returns to WBC in grand fashion. A 6, possibly 7 round single elimination tournament comprised of double blind scenarios covering multiple facets of the ASL rules including Night, Desert, PTO and more designed by one of the best Designers alive, Pete Shelling.
Players will need to register for WBC to be able to participate as well as sign up here to allow us to seed you in the brackets. We will accept late sign ups but would really like to have the tournament seeded and ready to go. If we end up with 64+ players the tournament will extend to a 7th round and the Tournament will kick off Wednesday evening.
There will be a "Main Table" ala "World Series of Poker" in which that game will be livestreamed to the world with commentary from Brian Youse, Curt Schilling, and possibly special guests along the way.
