Splitting Multiple Preorders

To better manage and process our customer preorders, we will be splitting each preorder item into an individual order for each item. If you place an order that contains more than one preorder item, you will now see each of these orders on their own individual order. The order history for each of these orders will show what was moved and which order it was moved from or to. Since preorders ship at different times, shipping charges will be calculated and charged based on each individual preorder as detailed on our preorder page. Splitting preorders into individual orders will allow us to more efficiently process and ship orders and will make it easier for customers to track their outstanding preorders.
